Durable Medical Equipment
We will coordinate with you in the ordering and delivery of equipment or supplies that are needed, such as but not limited to:
- Wheelchairs
- Canes
- Walkers
- Hospital Beds
- Special Mattresses
- Tracheostomy Supplies
- Ostomy Supplies
- Incontinent Supplies
Other Services include coordination and arrangement for:
- Laboratory Services
- Dietitians
- Wound Care Specialists
- Podiatrists
- Home Visiting Physicians
- Catholic Charity or Department of Aging for homemaker services upon request
NorthCare Home Health Services accepts payment from:
- Medicare
- Medicare with Medicaid
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO)
- Self Pay
- Other Private Insurance (Out of network clients to handle co-pays)
